Love at First Sight

In music matters I am not an easy fan, but when something grooving strikes I recognize it immediately.

Cinderella's Chair

Cinderella’s Chair is a follow up of the Anna Ter Haar's project “Buitenbeentje”. Prostheses of glass, like a prosthetic leg, custom made for each chair. Glass is a malleable material when heated, so the glass was blown onto the chair, which provides every chair with its own unique prosthesis that are strong enough to carry weight though. One can easily sit on the chairs, something you do not expect when you see them. See more at www.annaterhaar.nl site.

Typical Guatemalan Colors

Guatemala is full of colors and one of its prime assets are the handwoven linens, these intricate patterns are transmitted through generations and updated randomly by the artist in the moment when the garment is made.

Drip or Espresso (again)

I've been reading a blog with that question and the blogger try to explain the difference between the "effects" of both methods, she writes telling “If you want to get that energy kick, drink espresso. If you want a longer lasting effect, then drink drip coffee.”
For me it is hard to tell since I do not drink coffee to get an energy kick, I drink coffee because I do love to feel all the flavors that that little cup of black liquid delivers, besides it makes the perfect excuse for a smooth conversation. What do you think?
