Walk at night through Antigua Guatemala's streets is something poetic, take a sit in a Central Park bench, see people strolling around or take dinner in a romantic place is something I need to do often, it takes me apart from routine, it injects me energy.

Back to Basics

Often we forget about how to enjoy a plain delicious coffee, here the recipe: find a personal (12oz) french press coffeemaker, add 20g of medium ground coffee (P11 Obscuro or Café), add 12oz of very hot water (almost boiling), let rest 4 minutes, press the plunger, serve in tiny 3oz cups (they preserve better the coffee and let you focus in aroma and taste), avoid sugar, instead escort with chocolate.
