MC12

One of my last assignments for the local Maserati dealer, a series of photographs of the famous MC12 (taken from a scale model). Here one of them.

Kitchenaid Siphon Coffee Brewer

The Kitchenaid Siphon Coffee Brewer model has a fancy design. The top chamber, where the action happens, looks like a Paris Metro lamp, it also makes a full pot of coffee—eight cups, to be exact—unlike the smaller siphon machines that make up the market today.
Very cool for the coffee enthusiast but if you want it you’ll have to wait until June.

Volcanic Zone

After being dormant for a century, it erupted violently in 1965 and has been erupting continuously since then. Much of its activity is Strombolian, but occasional Plinian eruptions also occur, sometimes showering the area of the nearby Departments with ash.

Quema del Diablo

Every December 7th Guatemalans "burn" the Diablo, an ancient tradition to "clean" all the bad from the previous year and to start anew from the ashes. In cities throughout the country The Devil is burned at the stroke of six. In Antigua Guatemala there is only one place in the city where two gas stations sit across the street from each other. Someone years ago decided that this is the spot where every December 7th, people would gather to watch La Quema del Diablo. The Burning of The Devil.

Remojar (sopear)
