When you sip a complex Guatemalan coffee like P11, you can't add sugar, because if you do so you will lose all the different flavors this coffee has. So next time you be in front of a good cup of coffee, think twice.

Wandering

After hopping quickly through Progreso and Mérida we went straight to Chichén Itzá, the famous site with its emblematic four sided pyramid El Castillo, Chichén is a site with Toltec influence but with a great Maya Puuc reminescense, a great site but a little simple to my taste. Due to the hordes of people you can't "touch" the structures, just like there were in a postcard, just to watch. The first time I was there was in 1987 and the feeling was completly different.
