Drip or Espresso (again)

I've been reading a blog with that question and the blogger try to explain the difference between the "effects" of both methods, she writes telling “If you want to get that energy kick, drink espresso. If you want a longer lasting effect, then drink drip coffee.”
For me it is hard to tell since I do not drink coffee to get an energy kick, I drink coffee because I do love to feel all the flavors that that little cup of black liquid delivers, besides it makes the perfect excuse for a smooth conversation. What do you think?

Santa Lucía Milpas Altas

Santa Lucía Milpas Altas is a little town at 6,000 feet above sea level and 5Km east from Antigua Guatemala, this place moves around agriculture and is very quiet, I have a small property down there and yesterday we spent the last hours of the day at the place.

Father and Daughter

My little girl gave me this song for my birthday some years ago, I can´t listen to it without tears in my eyes. I hope she shines all the days of her life.

Race Across The Sky

Mountain bike is a sport that challenges you at all level, I ride 10 miles every 3-5 days, I can imagine how hard this 100 miles of pedaling at that level of performance can be.
