Aroma


A distinctive, typically pleasant smell found in a cup of coffee. The variety and complexity of aroma reflect the ways the different soils and climate patterns combine with the high mountain altitude to create a particular features. Guatemalan coffees are delightfully aromatic, often characterized as having delicated flowery, sweet and spicy notes. P11 is specially complex in the latter.
