The French Press

I love this thing because you can manage:
-Amount of coffee (i recommend two scoops x 8oz of water)
-Grind (coarser is better)
-Water amount and temperature (i recommend 8oz cups and 92C-94C)
-Brewing time(i recommend 4 min)
-No waste because you prepare only the cups you will drink

I prefer several 1 cup french pots for my guests instead of a larger one,
this way everyone can make his/her own decisions and the experience is more ritual oriented.
